When I’m not writing, you’ll find me chasing the sun, walking the beach or on the back of a scooter, gathering the moments that eventually find their way onto the page.

Books I don’t want to end. Stories that let me disappear into someone else’s world and characters whose voices I hear in my head long after I’ve put the book down.
Give me complicated people, emotional stakes and a life I haven’t lived – whether it unfolds around the corner, on the other side of the world, or a hundred years ago. I’m in.
Before I called
myself a writer..
I was a already a teacher, a mother, and a woman learning – sometimes the hard way – to trust her own voice and to be okay with disappointing others.
Those chapters taught me something about starting again: freedom comes when we start living authentically. It’s the question I keep coming back to in my stories – who might we become when we choose for ourselves?
